Robin Carson, Chair

After 38 years as a hospitality industry executive working for Anheuser-Busch Inc. and Xanterra Parks and Resorts, Robin retired in 2014.  She became an adjunct professor at Thomas Nelson Community College in 2015 and founded, along with local chefs and restaurateurs, a workforce development program to prepare students for entry-level, line cook positions in high end restaurants in the Williamsburg, Virginia area.  Throughout her career Robin served in volunteer leadership positions on many boards, community committees, local appointed positions, national boards, and a local bank board.  For many years, Robin served with Mark Worthington on the United Way of Bucks County Board of Directors, so when Mark asked Robin to join the All Together Foundation Board of Directors in 2017, she was honored to do so.

Robin was elected Chairman of the ATF Board of Directors in 2019 and since that time has worked to involve members of the board on committees, increase the number and diversity of its members, raise money through grants and individual donations, support Konojel’s community outreach, and participate in the planning and implementation of a new Konojel Community Center.  It has given Robin great pleasure to lead the ATF strategic planning process which will hopefully set the organization on a trajectory to sustain ATF for years to come.
